I am surprised you let them out of that big tunnel to even have dinner on Thanksgiving. Sorry, that was me I was thinking about, I got confused for a second. I have had many of the "What I did" essays which highlight the fact that we sit around and do nothing for days on end (from the kids' perspective). I am tempted to spend a break quizzing the kids on math problems and spelling words while making them read some historical books so they have something impressive to report (unfortunately, that is too much effort on my part).
